KINGSTON (JIS) -- Over the next three years, micro, small and medium sized enterprises (MSMEs) will benefit from business development and technical support, under the newly launched Mobile Business Clinic Initiative (MBCI).
BRIDGETOWN (CDB) -- The Caribbean Development Bank (CDB) will be assisting the Dominica Agricultural Industrial and Development Bank (DAIDB) in implementing a pilot initiative in financing energy efficiency investments by the micro, small and medium-sized enterprises (MSME) in the productive sectors.
KINGSTON (JIS) -- The Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC) and Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) are collaborating in the provision of business and technical support services for the continued development of the micro, small and medium enterprise (MSME) sector.
KINGSTON, (JIS) -- The country’s business environment will be further strengthened, with the support of $40 million, which has been set aside in the 2014/15 budget, to enable large scale investments and capacity support for the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector.
KINGSTON (JIS) -- Finance and Planning Minister, Dr. the Hon. Peter Phillips, says equal emphasis is being placed on the achievement of economic growth, and on the inclusion of the micro, small and medium size enterprises (MSMEs), that will contribute to that growth.
KINGSTON (JIS) -- Minister of Industry, Investment, and Commerce, Hon. Anthony Hylton, has called on small business owners to formalize their operations to benefit from offerings under the new Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) Entrepreneurship Policy.
KINGSTON (JIS) -- The Jamaica Business Development Corporation (JBDC) is set to play an integral role in the implementation of initiatives outlined in the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) and Entrepreneurship Policy.
