Dr. Baugh says Spanish Should be Made Second Language
KINGSTON (JIS) - Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Foreign Trade, Dr. Kenneth Baugh, has suggested that Spanish be made a second language in Jamaica, in light of the shifting dynamics of the hemisphere.
