Health Minister welcomes Cuban healthcare specialists

ST GEORGE'S, Grenada - New Health Minister, Sen. the Hon. Ann Peters, today met with three healthcare specialists from the Republic of Cuba who will be joining the team of healthcare providers at the General Hospital and the Ministry of Health.
Minister Peters, accompanied by Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Health, Mrs. Glenna Knights, conveyed greetings on behalf of the Government and people of Grenada to the three medical officers, who the Minister said the Ministry is looking forward to working with.
The two doctors and one nurse, expressed their sincere thanks and gave the assurance that they will do their best in supporting the Ministry of Health in its efforts to provide the best healthcare to all Grenadians.
The three new healthcare professionals, Marjoris Mengana Gonzalez, Acelio Jose Murguia and Rexier Castillo Pena, specializes in Epidemiology, Surgery and Intensive Care, respectively
