Montserrat Today premieres this weekend on Local Access television

BRADES, MONTSERRAT (GIU) – Montserrat Today, a news programme capturing the top stories of the week from around the island, premieres this weekend on Local Access on cable channel two.
The television programme, which is being produced by the Government Information Unit, will give updates on the volcanic activity at Soufriere Hills, highlights from the Mental Health Day celebrations at Look Out, as well as an informative segment on the work plan training being carried out across government departments.
Also in rotation this weekend will be coverage of the first air ambulance stretcher for Montserrat and informational programmes from the OECS Secretariat on land use and sustainable energy.
Montserrat Today will be at the top of the programming rotation throughout the weekend.
