PM Meets With Members Of Quantum Group And Blackivy
Prime Minister Rowley meets with representatives of the Quantum Group and Blackivy including Emmanuel Egyei-Mensah, Amma Addo-Fening, Frederick Appertey, Abena Amoah, Jean-Louis Warnholz and Bryant Welters.

PORT OF SPAIN, Trinidad (GISL) -- Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley met today, Wednesday 13th July 2016, with members of the Quantum Group and Blackivy at the Diplomatic Centre, La Fantasie St. Ann’s.

The Quantum Group Limited, is a company incorporated in Ghana involved mainly in energy and the distribution of petroleum products. The group owns 100 percent of Cardinal Petroleum Limited, 100 percent of Sage Petroleum Limited, 60 percent of Aspen Limited, and 100 percent of Quantum Terminals Limited.

Sage Petroleum is a refined petroleum products import company; Cardinal Petroleum, a holding management company, manages the retail subsidiaries within the group; and, Aspen Petroleum Limited re-exports petroleum products to other countries such as Mali and Burkina Faso while Blackivy is involved in the business of developing logistics and infrastructure solutions for emerging economies and businesses.

High ranking representatives of the two groups are currently in the country exploring avenues for doing business with Trinidad and Tobago. Those present at the meeting with Prime Minister Rowley were Emmanuel Egyei-Mensah, Amma Addo-Fening, Frederick Appertey, Abena Amoah, Jean-Louis Warnholz and Bryant Welters.
